Review:Well folks here we go. I'm certainly not the great trader, as some of you are are, and have made plenty of mistakes, but I always own up to them. I have been trading with Deltastock for almost 2 years.
I haven't had any complaints till now. I have lost over 1,500.00 USD trading with them and that's been all due to MY mistakes not theirs.
Tonight with my account down to a little less then 5 USD I placed a trade on the NZD/JPY long, there was enough to trade 1 lot, with so little left in the account it opened negative and soon went positive and doubled what I had. While still moving in my direction, the trade was closed by Deltastock. I had a chat, and the following is that chat, word for word.
Excuse my typing and spelling, I know I'm not great at that as well.

--> Hello! How can I help you?
<-- you closed my trade i was positive and over the margin limit
<--
--> No your margin is 0.5% so when it fell bellow 0 your positions are closed
<-- i was positive and way over the margin when u closed the trade
<--
--> As I can see from your account it is not just like you say
--> we can calculaten it
<-- i was watching it and yes it was
<-- when i placed the trade it was negative and right away went positive
--> To have your position you have to have 1000 NZD/JPY / 0.5% (this is your margin) = 5 NZD
--> Am I right?
<-- id have to look at the history
--> Your account is in USD so 5 NZD / 0.5959 = 2.9795 USD
<-- what im telling you is that with the little amount i have now it was doubled at the point you closed the trade
--> But now you have only 2.36 USD, so you obviously were under 0
<-- and would still be going in my direction had u not closed it
<-- yea now thats what is there
--> yes, you buy 1000 @ 59.012
--> But you are closed sell @ 58.935
--> So you are not in profit
--> you were in loss
<-- your not making any sence if i didnt have enough to make the trade then you shouldnt have allowed the trade to begin with
<-- i was not in loss i was in profit when u closed the trade
<-- i was over 5
--> you had enough but wneh the market went to the opposit direction...
--> Can you check your orders?
--> there you can see that you are in loss
<-- i was watching when u closed it in positive direction and while in profit
--> exactly 8 pips
--> I think you didn't refresh the window, did you?
--> and you were wothing old information I think
<-- refresh what window ............i saw what i saw
--> OK
--> that's your opinion
<-- i think it is a terrible way to operate specially when we r talking about such a small ammount after losing over 1000 usd to you
<-- and yes that IS MY OPINION
<-- and so it will be on the review sites as well
--> If you calculate your orders you can see that everything is OK
--> Sorry to here this
<-- no its not ok you closed an active trade while in positive direction and above margin limits
--> I'm not sure that your position was in profit
<-- i am
<-- i was watching as i ALWAYS DO
--> If you check the orders you will see that you have 8 pips loss
--> Can you check your orders, please?
<-- no it wasnt in loss when it was closed
<-- i had over 5 usd when you closed it and it would still be going at this moment
--> Can you check, please?
--> just open your order window
<-- my order window is open as it always is
--> because it is not fair to charge us in something that is not true
<-- it is true
<-- i cant believe we are having this discusion over 2.50 usd
--> In your order window can you see your last two orders?
<-- yes
--> Are they in profit or in loss?
<-- What? they are all closed and only show the orders were executed
<-- it does not show the result of the trade
<-- last order shown is buy nzd/jpy
--> you can see the price, can't you?
--> no this is not the last
--> The last is sell NZD/JPY
<-- on my side
<-- it is
<-- no its buy
--> just refresh your window?
--> can you see now?
<-- i see what your talking about but thats not a reflection of when you actually closed the trade as i said it WAS positive and in PROFIT at the time you closed it
--> how can you had a profit?
--> you buy @ 59.012 and sell @ 58.935
--> ?!?
<-- infact with the small amount i have left it had doubled at the time the trade was closed
<-- i did not sell
<-- u closed it
--> yes
--> because you have no margin
<-- and u closed it while it was positive and in profit
--> as you can see from the price you are NOT IN PROFIT, You are in 8 pips loss
<-- AT THE TIME U CLOSD THE TRADE IT WAS POSITIVE AND IN PROFIT NO MATTR WHAT YOU ORDER SHOWS
--> OK
<-- U know it and i know it
<-- the least you could do to make this right is to credit my acount the piddly amount in difference from the price i opened the trade to its current high
--> I can't do this
<-- u should because its the right remedy
--> I don't think so
<-- i havent complained one time ever in the 2 years ive been trading with you and i WOULD NOT be this upset if i didnt believe in what i was tlling you
<-- and for you to be acting in this manner over around 2.50 usd is unbelievable
<-- i have my facts correct
<-- and if this isnt corrected i will make sure the proper review sites are made aware of your actions
<-- what is your answer?
--> Your account is OK.
<-- you can correct it or close my account and keep the 2.35 usd thats left .......obviously its worth much more to you then it is to me and obviously you dont care if you lose customers
<-- Is that what you want?
<-- So be it......your lack of rsponse is answer enough.

You make your own decision here folks, but if it were my brokerage firm, I certainly wouldn't have risked losing a customer of 2 years and risk any bad reviews over such a small amount as 2.50 to 3.00 USD and what does this say for their integrity ?
The exact amounts may actually be different then what's in this review, but if so by only pennies. yea I'm mad as hell, and you would be too if you saw what I saw.

Review:I have a live account at deltastock for 7 months. In general they are ok.
What I like at deltastock is the possibility to trade CFD and FX in same account. Another plus is the possibility to trade FX with fixed or variable spred, and the good clients service (they always respond and try to help you). I like olso that they have charts with big time frames: 1 week, 1 month and free api.
What I don't like at deltastock are the platforms. Both application and web platform have bugs or undeveloped features(not very important bugs but annoying).
The application has no posibility to set a proxy with authentication, if you close the chart and reopen it you can't move stop loss from the chart, you shoul modify it in the position window. In web platform you can put orders (OCO, stop, limit) but you can't add conditional orders so it is imposible to set stop loss and take profit for your orders and charts are updated only at period time(after 1 hour in 1h time frame). In Oanda you can set an order with stop loss without adding outher orders. Another problem is that the account history is in bulgarian and no option to see it in english.
If you don't connect through a proxy with authentication I recomand you deltastock.
I will remain with deltastock.

Review:Well, platform a bit unstable, keeps crashing,but it may be my pc. Have been trying to fund account with Visa for 3 days (Used 2 different cards)and system won't process funds. Customer service has been with me all the way trying to resolve the issue but now says it is going to take a while to get the banks together to fix it. Great support from them and seemingly honest, but that does me no good if I can't trade! I will still try them, EVENTUALLY.

Review:wtf, it crossed my takeprofit 5 or 6 times and then it FINALLY automatically tookprofit. u know what im saying? 1 bought at 102.35 and set takeprofit at 102.20 and the price goes to like 102.16 and still doesnt takeprofit and crosses back and forth and then suddenly it decides to liquidate. actually same happened with the stoploss but it only crossed back and forths a couple of times before liquidation
